This pak choi hybrid has a beautiful deep, dark purple top leaf and green with purple veins under leaf and green petioles. A uniform and easy to grow plant that is tender, mildly flavored, and can be harvested at any stage, microgreens, baby leaf or whole plants at full maturity.
Bok choy can handle full sun, but it grows best in partial shade. It needs about 3-5 hours of sun each day.
Pak Choy is fully harvestable at 45 days for full maturity. Harvest when about 8-10in tall.
