Sprouting Guide for Protein Bean Mix: Rinse: Measure 1–2 tablespoons of seeds, rinse with cool water. Soak: Place seeds in a jar, cover with 3x water, and soak 8–12 hours. Drain & Rinse: Drain, rinse, and place in a sprouting jar with a mesh lid or cheesecloth. Sprout: Rinse and drain twice daily. Keep in a cool, dark place. In 2–5 days, sprouts will form. Harvest: Once 1/2–1 inch long, rinse and store in the fridge up to a week. For a milder taste, place sprouts in indirect sunlight for a few hours before storing. Enjoy in salads, sandwiches, and more!
