IMPORTANT: You will find locking pins nested in railing brackets. The bracket MUST lock into place. If the pin does not sit flush with the planter, then the bracket is NOT seated correctly. The lower arm must be used, as it stabilizes and supports the weight of the planter.
IMPORTANT: Arms must be fully seated for Pins to slide into position.
